Ingredients:
- 11-12 cups stale bread, torn into pieces (We used Trader Joe's French Baugette)
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic
- 4 stalks celery
- 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 - 1.5 cups vegetable broth
- 1 Tbsp poultry seasoning
- 1 Tbsp parsley
- 1 Tbsp Bragg's
Directions:
- Sauté onions and garlic until soft.
- Add celery and cook for 2-3 minutes longer.
- Add all the spices and vegetable broth, and bring to a boil.
- Take pot off heat and add bread pieces.
- Mix until all bread is moistened and let stand for 5 minutes.
